What Llb front springs should i use on my car locost with r1 in

There's no fixed answer Im afraid, it entirely depends on the geometry / setup of your front suspension, and how you intend on using the car.

If you have completely "book" front suspension and are planning mainly track use, then around 250lb would be a reasonable starting point, but it could vary by 50lbs either way if the pickup points etc are positioned differently, and if you had something like inboard rocker suspension you could need double that spring rate!

Or even half - my Striker ran 150lb front springs.....
