Most of these "Supercars" are slow.

Every year (for the past 25 at least), I've been amazed at how low in the timings all sportscars come at Brighton Speed Trials.

They really are an embarassment, which is amusing cos they are usually beaten by something someone built in their shed

Well my kit car has 475 BHP per ton and I'm not expecting to go quicker than low 13s at 115mph though mid twelves is theorectically possible with a perfect launch etc.
