After weeks of doing stuff that didn't make a lot of visual difference (so it appeared I'd done nothing) I've finally got my body tub fitted this week. Also fitted the exhaust side sill tonight and best of all Ive run the engine for the first time in ages. Tonight after the exhaust/cat went on I stuck the gas meter in and despite it sounding rich the CO is 0.00 and the HC is 50. I don't have a lambda reading but things look good so far. Then it started missing...got worse and packed up. PANIC AND CONFUSION. Turned out to be out of fuel!!!

Could you post apic of the bare chassis?
I am wondering if i can fit a Fury type bodywork onto a Locost chassis.

I don't have any of the bare chassis (only realised that last night) but here's a couple of the rolling chassis and a link to the Fishers build site; plenty of pictures in there.

esp like you seats and harness combo - what are they and where from?

I got the seats off e-bay (£150 a pair) I've got an e-mail address if you want it. Harnesses are Luke (from Rally Design or Europa-not got the bill to hand). Pads are cut from Decathlon camping mat.

They're Hella ones. I think SVC do them although I got them through a supplier at work. Combined stop/tail LED outer with clear indicator center.
