I did a search but could not find an answer...

I have recently bought a ZX9r BEC. It has a metal expansion bottle for the coolant, but what level in the tank, should it be at when the engine is cold?

about half wayish -- if its too much, when it gets hot it will discharge through the overflow pipe

Just always check it when cold before you go for a blast as I'm sure you do with the oil level as well

Cheers Alan, will double check the coolant level tonight, but half way is what I remember... as to the oil yup, checked on a regular basis.
