can anyone post a diagram to show how they have done the cooling on a zx10r(2007 model)

If you are using a ZX10R radiator then plumb it exactly the same as the bike.

You can get the diagram from the owners manual on ZX10R forums

If you need a copy I have a PDF which I could dig out

using an MNR radiator with their header tank
