These four pipes going into or out of the top of the exhaust posts then into some sort of collector, this as a pipe coming from it that looks like it
probably went to air box ?
Some sort of emissions crap that can come off with the four bits on the exhaust ports blanked off ?

Can get the blanking plates from Haybusa cental, SDB and TTS amongst others.

Jon, mine are blanked off with grub screws, so must have been tapped out, looks like M6 possibly. Will have to count the oil pipes.

I have the busa slave cly, do you busa guys mod this or fit something totally different ?
Fuel pump ? The fuel rail as only one inlet, I was expecting a return and having to mod tank and run a return to tank ?
Replaced fuel rail, reg, fuel pump, well all of it really!
I made up my own PAIRS blanking plates from machine grade steel. I sprayed them (except the mating surfaces) with exhaust paint. See photo
attached.

With regard to the loom the basic minimum you will need to do is as follows;
"Tilt takes a 68Kohm resistor
Sidestand takes a jumper
Clutch lever position takes a jumper
ECU needs a 150ohm resistor between O/Y and B/W
Engine stop switch takes a jumper
You can use standard 1/4 watt resistors but the larger 1/2 or 1 watt resistors are physically more durable.
You can also put a 6k8 resistor on the gear position indicator sensor to fool the ECU into thinking it's in 5th gear - gives more aggressive
ignition curves in the lower gears and takes off the 6th gear lower rev limiter."
I took it a little further and stripped out all unnecessary wiring, lights fan etcetera including the flasher/diode/ss relay module, which can be
bypassed if you know what you are doing. The Haynes Hayabusa manual has a good colour wiring diagram and I found the CD workshop manual you can get
off eBay very usefull as well.

I haven't tackled the fuel rail issue as yet. I fitted the Extreme Engines clutch slave cylinder to replace the original slave cylinder and its
sproket cover. I'm told you can use the original with a large hole cut through the sprocket cover for the output flange but I didn't have
the clearence to do it.

I'm not sure I like the grub screw idea unless you can be absolutely sure no swarf is going to get into the head when you tap it, which will be very difficult to do unless you are stripping the head down.
Grease, the hole is not far down the port so access to the bottom of the hole is easy.
I dont think that is an Extreme Engines slave mine is completely different to that. If you look on the PowerTec website you can see them on there.
If you need wiring instructions for the loom I can mail them to you if want.
Also have a Westfield supplied clutch slave and bracket which is surplus as I am using the SBD/Extreme dry sump.
I took off my PAIR valves and fitted some blanking plates I got from one of the Suzuki tuners on the net.
