Does anyone know what the specifications of the 04-06 5VY injectors are?

Also does anyone have any idea what sort of injector duty cylce they would run at a full throttle? I'm guessing around 85-90% and I suppose to be safe I could base my calcs on 100% duty cylce.

I want to work out how much fuel is going through them at full throttle so I can make sure my swirl pot and fuel pumps are large enough to cope.
