Here goes anyway...

If I'm running a bigger main jet (standard 132 and I fit a 160) Am I correct in saying I will have alter the float level so that it has more fuel in it

From my reckonings from Si's description on how carbs work. The carb will pull more fuel because of the bigger jet but the fuel pump should be more than adequate to re supply the float bowl so as above, no.
