I am selling my Fisher Fury Roll bar and Petty strut.
This Roll bar is in "As New" condition but unfortunately having to sell due to the current MSA rules for Hill climbs and Sprints
The roll bar is ideal for the Javelin Sprint series, track days, fast road or just for looks (Its also passed an IVA)
I paid £600 for this setup from Fury, so I am asking for a fair price of £400
Collection only from Maidstone, Kent
Chris
These rules really upset me. I have a custom ready to go t45 cage, and i have to work out what to do. What's your plan?
I have had another roll bar made up
Don't the new rules mean it has to be certified?
No, they just need to be made to meet the MSA requirements
I did some digging because there's a lot of half-information out there.
You're right:

You're right:
Roll cage - the roll cage must be constructed to the exact details found in the MSA Yearbook. Padding should also be fitted in any area where the drivers head may come in contact with the system. The protection will only be approved by scrutineers if the car attachment areas are also of sound construction
If you have already fitted a roll cage which does not conform with the MSA yearbook then it can be certified by the MSA as suitable for equivalent resistance to the MSA defined loadings.
