Hi i have just found out that i have got escort axle with 11.5 inch instead of 9 inch wings, is it posible to get wider wheels to fill the gap

akumabito - 7/1/06 at 11:38 PM

Isn't it easier/cheaper to get narrower wings?

Sell the escort axle for pornographic money and buy a Capri axle for £3.50, jobs a good un!

can you not just trim the arches to fit? You can cut grp quite neatly with a cutting wheel on a grinder, and if needed press on some rubber finishing strip on the cut edge that will abut the car body

Four replies and not one answer to the actual question. Yes, wider wheels are available, I'd go for some nice Revolution 8" rims.
