Also need the measurement between the sides (inside) at floor level, ignoring the wheelarches,

Not looking to get a grasser inside, but related in that my Camper is based on that style transit and I have a spare turbo tranny outside waiting to donate the lump to give it a little more poke when towing!

I know plenty of people do put class 1's etc. in vans, never seen a 126 though, mind you i've never seen a Class 7 126 at all!

I've seen two previously, one on twin gsxr 1100's, and another twin though I can't remember the engines!

I'm thinking again about maybe using a crew cab tipper and beavertailing it now................

Trouble is its not so useful as a van then!

Having a van is extremely usefull, i'm considering SWAPPING the engines between the camper and the van and keeping it, the camper is the old 70ps 2.5D and the van has the 100ps 2.5TD, but I reckon it'd still go well enough with the 70ps.

The only issue is insurance, i'm 27 and can get fully comp agreed value insurance on the camper for £300 a year, but third party on a van worth £500 is still £300... Because it's a 'commercial vehicle' regardless of if I use it for SDP or not...
