At what RPM is max power achieved? I cant find it inthe manual......

They use that to work out the revs to do the sound test at (3/4 max power revs). Don't put too high a figure or it gets harder to pass. Don't put a very low number either or they'll suss it and do it at what they think it should be. You can get away with reducing the figure a bit (maybe -500 rpm).
