I've been looking in vain for a set of ZZR1200 clocks for weeks- ebay, breakers etcetc

Daft question; why do i need ZZR1200 clocks? cant i use other bike clocks?

You will probably find that the clocks are matched to the ECU.

If you are a real electronics whizz you might be able to get them to work but it will be a lot of hastle.

The bike clocks often give lots of other bike specific features eg. diagnostics, sender info and hence are very model specific.

If you can't source the clocks why not get some aftermarket ones like from Koso etc.
