do i need power commander for my sva

i have a k4 gsxr 1000 powered indy it has no cat and a new alloy air box will it need poower commander to get threw emisions ??
as its nearly ready to sva but bit short on cash to buy a P C and want to sva befor iva

I would have thought you'd need both a power commander and a cat to stand a decent chance of passing.

i was told just a sva map would be needed.

And I'm fairly sure a cat is a requirement for an engine of that age at sva?





How hard can it be?

Any engine newer than 1995 requires a Cat.
