R1 PLUG LEADS

Got some replacement plug leads cos one had pulled out the cap. Found the replacement ones are'nt long enough to reach the coils(second hand jobbies off fleabay nowt wrong with them, are for the same model) So this leads me to think the leads i've got are custom made, so to speak,, the coils are mounted under the carb's just above the gearbox(drive flange end) what are your thought's can i get lead's made up and fix them in the coil's some how?

i dont think theyre too short. the ones i had on my 2000 one were really short, i made up a wee bracket to hold the coils, and attached it to the return throttle cable bracket. check my archive (polished engine bay)
