Need to know which is the best jet size for a zx9 with a pipercross foam filter?
Any info would be a great help, thanks locosters.

aim a little rich if you cannot measure the emissions yourself. I drilled mine to 1.65mm and it seemed ok, probably not perfect though.

By Pipercross I presume you mean the sausage type? I have 136's fitted and I took my guide from mackei23B who has 138's I believe and a
TTS sausage filter if I remember rightly. I would have gone 138's if my dynojet kit had them but it didn't but it was no problems at SVA
in the end.

Im trying to decide whether to stick the old airbox back on a leave the jets standard or keep the foam filter and get bigger jets to cope with the
extra air?
What sort of power gains would i get from the later idea?
I know the standard setup is around 140bhp but is there going to be a big power gain from rejetting/foam filter?

if you have more air going in, you need more fuel to avoid it running lean - you can melt pistons, apparently. Hence i drilled mine big, not for
power, just cos people more knowledgeable than me recommended it. It ran and pulled just fine, never rolling roaded it, and passed plenty of people at
trackdays. Not bad for a £2 drill bit!

Took the indy out for a blat tonight and it ran like a dream with it reving freely all the way through the rev band. By god does it fly when its at
8k!! Also found out that it has an extra 1k revs and it revved to 13k on the limiter!!
Clutchless up changes are great too!
Took the plugs out when i got back to look at the colour of them and they are a light brown colour which in the book tells me that its running well.
Should i start messing around with different jets now?
