exhaust progress
Hey guys,
Just want to say I have found this site really useful for information on BEC's, especially appreciate the help from some of the forum members
regarding the clutch on my 2003 R1 (Cheers Malc) and also for exhaust bits (joe - welderman). Anyway, here are a few shots of the latest part of my
bike engined mini project (the "R1 Manx" , the exhaust is coming together nicely. After 18 months of building it's getting closer
to being a runner and I really can't wait for the day when I fire her up!

That is a very nice header set however as we suspected the micron can makes your ears bleed.
Macspeedy has one on the ZX12 indy and well it is loud
Recently we followed a fireblade engined mk to Stoneleigh and despite him being three cars ahead and us in a bec as well could hear him loud and
clear
You may also have trouble on track days as the noise police are getting jumpy about such devices

Yeah if you could quote me for the stainless pipe and bend that would be great thanks Joe.
I can't wait to get it running now just to hear the noise from the Micron race can, I can do a mythbusters exercise on it, "So does the
Micron Can really make your ears bleed?...let's find out" hehe
Cheers guys
