ZX9R to ZX10/ZX12R transplant??

How much is involved to take out a ZX9R and replace with either of the above in title? are the mountings the same and prop shaft connection? What else?

Who's a Bec expert near Chorley Lancs?

none of the mountings are the same, i'd guess the sprocket connection is the same.
