BEC Engine Dimensions

Hello, I'm relatively new here, and am seriously considering switching to a bike engine as I'm currently constructing the front end (I didn't follow the book to say the least). Does anyone have or know where to find CAD drawings of Hayabusa, CBR954 or R1 engines? I can work in ACAD, Catia or Solid works files, or even regular diagrams would be good. Thanks for any help. Cheers!

I might be able to get you a solidworks model of a busa engine off a friend, I'll email him and will let you know later today

I've been thinking about the possibility of creating some kind of repository for DIY-car CAD models of different bits. I think that most of the CAD design is being discussed on the Mid-engined forum, I have nothing to contribute myself (I'm not designing anything) so I never posted about the idea but it may be a handy resource.

My mate doesnt actually have a model Im afraid, but drop the guy from DPCars an email cos I know he's modelled the busa engine and he might be willing to send it to you.

thanks for the quick replies, I'll send a note to guy at DP Cars. again, thanks for the help. I have some CAD files for bits, but they are in Catia right now. I have an F4i, some fox shocks, mostly FSAE-F Student things. But if you can get dimensions I'd be happy to help model things for people who need them. Cheers Guys!
