Depends entirely on your particular setup, e.g. your exhaust, inlet etc. There is no stock answer.

As Mr Ginger says, its down to setting up the correct fueling for your car install as opposed to a generic answer!

assuming you are using the blade self regulating pump so that the carbs are behaving correctly as a starting point try
Mains 132
Air screws 21/2 turns out
Needles DJ FLTV 50
Lift springs DJ uprated
Air correctors - blocked
