Removing ZX12R Sump

Can anyone give me any pointers for removing the sump on a 2001 ZX12R? I have taken out all the bolts underneath the pan, but it seems stuck on the side with the sight glass. Any tips? Do you need to remove the sight glass to be able to take the sump off?

you have to remove the glass sight from the engine first, its keyed into the engine and sump.

remove the 2 bolts holding it on and it slides off, dont loose the 'o' ring or it will leak when its all back together!

the bolts are soft and tight so make sure u have a good grip on them B4 u undo them, a good small ring spanner is best as my collection of sockets are to fat and i stripped mine. luckily i was still able to remove and replace them.

Got it (used a small socket set). I managed to slice my finger on the edge of the gasket, which isn't great, but at least I have the sump off!
