Have you considered using the standard Hayabusa airbox. It works very well and is cheaper than buying any alternative. See my photo archive if you
want an idea of how it fitted.
If it can't be fixed with a hammer then its probably an electrical problem.

may we see a pic of your engine and the position of the radiator please?
If it can't be fixed with a hammer then its probably an electrical problem.

does the original air box have a filter built in then? if not would that be risky with no filter?
