BEC Wiring

Hi
What is the best way to wire the headlights into the car?
All the bike loom is still intact including the controls off the bike handlebars. Having trouble locating the wires to connect up to the headlights.

thanks

I've stripped all the lighting wiring out of my bike loom. I'm going to be using separate looms for the engine and one for the rest of the lights, horn etc.

As Dave suggests really. I have done it for a couple of people now where I have stripped out the engine side of the bike loom then made this in to a separate neat loom that plugs in to a standard kit car style loom that you can source. This way, if you ever change your engine type you just make up a new loom with the plug and there is little messing around.

It is relatively easy to make a loom for lights, indicators etc however if you are not sure then the cost is not that great to purchase a dedicated loom. It may be worth seeing on here how people rate the looms they have bought.
