R1 5pw engine exup

hi all just got myself a r1 5pw engine and loom clocks etc for my mk indy just wondered what everyone does with the exup system and whats the best route to go down?

I just mounted mine on a rather nice bracket that I made and tucked it away in the engine bay.
I wanted to keep the wiring as standard as possible.

You can make a bypass circuit. Do a search on here. Later models they have been alleged to cause issues but they are fine on a 5pw, I've done several k miles with one.

Search for "EXUP widget". Mines a later 5vy and over 10000miles with one instead of the valve/motor.
