r1 wiring (5vy)

got a couple of questions now i'm starting on the wiring.

are the 2 plugs on the right for the dash?

not sure where this goes.

do i need a relay for the fuel pump? can't find sign of one on the wiring diagrams and as i'm using the standard bike pump i'm guessing i don't need one.

thanks

The two plugs go to a headlight loom, which as a plug that goes to the lights and dash clocks

Was never sure about that wire, it's only on the uk looms. Thought it may be something to do with diagnostics or fr an alarm system, used a USA loom in the end so never stripped the uk one

You don't need a separate relay if using the stock bike pump, there is one in the start inhibitor box. I would use an additional relay if using a different pump though as I don't know what the stock relay is rated to

Yes, they're the headlight loom connectors which include the dash wires. If you're not using the lighting bits it's possible to swap the wires around and end up with just one connector for the dash.

Rob Collinridges site is pretty usefull when doing R1 wiring.
