fitting R1 5pw airfilter baseplate

hi peeps might sound like a daft question but how do you fit your airfilter base plate onto your throttle bodies i am aware i will have to cut the baseplate to fit throttle bodies just a little unsure on how to secure.

could be to late now but i run a standard air box with a k&n filter in all you have to do is turn the box 180 degrees so it fits the thottle bodies and goes backwards over the gearbox rather than over the head

eerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I have previousely taken the rubbers out of the OEM airbox, cut holes in the base plates and bonded the rubbers into the base plate in the same manner they were in the airbox. Pretty easy. Think I used tigerseal to seal the rubbers to the plate.
