Hi Mark. A lot depends on the cars intended use along with many other factors.
Is it inboard suspension at the front?
Is it IRS rear or live axle?
Will it be carrying a passenger regularly?

If it helps to get the ball rolling...

Our Phoenix Fireblade with INBOARD front and IRS rear has 250 lb springs all round. We were advised to use these springs by our friend Tim Gray, the multiple RGB champion.
Shocks on the car are modded R1 units.

Geoff.

Thanks for the reply Geoff,

The car has inboard front and IRS rear and will be used mainly for track with a passenger sometimes .... if you dare !
