R1 Oil Cooler Bolt

Can anyone recommend a good place to get a replacement oil cooler bolt for a R1-5pw engine?

I want to fit a oil pressure gauge and need to drill and tap the oil cooler bolt for the fitting. I phoned the local Yamaha parts dealer and they want £96 for the bolt washer and locking ring. The bolt alone was £65 quid.

Can anyone recommed a good breakers or somewhere else that I could get a second hand one a bit cheaper?

Also does anyone know if the bolt is specific to the 5pw engine? I've found one on ebay for a 2007/2008 R1, but presume that will be different?

On the lower sides of your engine, you'll find the main oil gallery end covers (allen key). Simply take your feed off of these? It's what I do.

Adapters are available CBS/Merlin/DT/Everybody if you want to go that route, or weld a dash fitting onto the the end cover.

motorcycle_mayhem, I've been told the 5pw (02-03) doesn't have the same screw in plug in the oil gallery that the 5vy (04-06) does.

Looking in the 5pw manual there's no mention of testing oil presure there either or an oil presure test gauge in the service tools list (there is in the 5vy manual).
