Low down hesitation/misfire????

Anyone shed any words of wisdom as to a problem I have on my bike engined megablade.

First some background, engine is standard 919cc Fireblade that runs the original bike airbox with a K&N filter installed.
I believe it may also have a dynojet kit fitted but not sure?
The car drives well in normal driving, revs cleanly to the redline and pulls well, the problem I have occurs at lower revs (Below around 3500rpm) when I plant my foot down and give it some beans so to speak. The engine appears to bog down with a quite severe jerk and continues to do so until I lift off the throttle? A more progressive but non the less swift use of the throttle does not cause this to happen.
Coming from bikes I know the power is made up the revs but even so, when I rode the same engine in a bike it was tractable from these sort of revs and would pull cleanly without stutter. I know I am pulling twice as much weight but as I said, progressive throttle doesn’t cause this to happen.
Any pointers or advice on possible causes or things to check

Thanks

Ian
