If it is very controlled and consistent, either your spark is blowing out, your ignition system isn't strong enough, you have a lowered rev
limit or your rev counter is inaccurate and you are actually at 12k rpm.
Try your new plugs gapped at .018" and if that doesn't cure it or change the rpm limit. Then you either have a lowered rev limit or your
tacho isn't accurate

Thanks Dave_424 your thinking like me now, everybody is generally going way off the subject thinking its something else, the car is setup pretty well
I think you maybe bang on with one of your suggestions, I will try new plugs with recommend gap first, how would I now if the rev limiter has been
dropped? How do I change it back or do I just buy another Ecu for it?

One way to find out if your spark is blowing out or your ignition system isn't strong enough, is to warm the car up and in neutral very slowly
open the throttle up and see if you can rev past 10k rpm. The reason for this is you want to go slowly so you are making very little or no boost. If
it stops at 10k then either a low rev limit or your rev counter isn't accurate.
Weather holeshot lowered the rev limit to stop the engine floating valves when on boost or to stop it spitting out shims, I don't really know
