Silencer - Fuel tank Proximity ?
Intend to wrap the silencer, and also make a heat shield between the tank and pipe. Since the picture was taken Ive tweaked the pipes a bit more,
taking the silencer across to the n/s about 50mm.
The cardboard tank is an approximation, so can be made slightly smaller to increase separation from the heat.
verdict guys ? too close ? or ok ?

Looks OK to me.
The risk of fire is negligible from heat (flames and sparks are another matter) so as long as the vent goes outside not a problem.
Heating the fuel will reduce performance though. I'd wrap the tank in good heat protection (that gold coloured stuff).

Wil the tail pipe bend rearward to terminate away from the tank?

Like the tank wrap suggestion Adie - Consider it done.
Loggy - yes the tailpipe will be routed out under the o/s light cluster. ie Hole in shell.
Good feedback its appreciated.

If you are concerned, stick some heat reflective mat/sheet to the tank.
