Bulkheads - Bond or Rivnut ?

The bottom portion of my bulkhead is rivnut fastened , to give me good engine access once built, however I am trying to avoid drilling the main hoop as much as possible. Whats the verdict on how to fix the top piece in, its alloy ? Not used any of the modern bonds before, are they removable should I need it out?

Plan is to use a 50mm wide piece of alloy angle to create a nice edge on the step between the lower bulkhead and the top section.

harness holes and rear view mirror will be fettled later.

Can you weld tabs to the bar and bolt to them?

Polyurethane adhesive will do the job, you may have a problem if you need to remove it though.

I dont anticipate removing it, but then never say never. Ive used welded tabs elsewhere, so I think i need to buy some more strap.....

Like the simplicity of tubing an adhesive on it, but if it doesnt come off, probably not the best choice. Thanks guys
