Injection fuel plumbing.
Something is troubling me: I've currently got good quality fuel hose connected between swirl pot and throttle bodies using just jubilee-type
clips.
The Yamaha solution uses a quick-connect system at either end. My worry stems from the fact that inlet and outlet have no barbs etc to prevent the
hose from slipping off under pressure. Should I source the original hose and extend it using appropriate barbed hose connectors and fuel pipe clips?

It probably won't move but can you push the hose over the raised section that the quick connects lock onto? might have to dip the hose in hot
water. Would give better retention and peace of mind

There's absolutely no way that this hose is getting over the ridge - I needed the hot water trick to get it on at all.

I wouldn't be happy with no barb on it,the hose clips clamp and seal the pipe,but are not designed to stop the pipe siding off,that is the barbs
job.

Replace the hose with the next size up, slide it over the swaging and fit a clip either side?

Scratch what I said before. I cut the plastic feed pipe from the push on fitting (which has barbs) and put the hose in its place.
Think I might have tried the way you have it first then changed my mind.
