Zx9r running

After sorting out the ignition switch resistor, the engine started up fine, but as soon as i tried to rev it, it cut out. I cleaned the float chambers out (full of shite!) but still no luck. It would rev if fuel was squirted down the carbs, but as soon as that was burnt off it would cut out. After a couple of hours scratching around i gave up.

Then i spoke to martin at MK (when i ordered chassis) and found out that if the bikes air box isn't attached it won't run as the vacume butterflys wont open. So i've ordered the jetting kit and air filter from tts performance (£100).

You may all know this, but i didn't, so i thought i'd put this up here for other numpties like me!
