Has anone got some form of picture or drawing guide to where all the hoses go.

Dont know Im afraid, but they probably either use a Golf/Polo rad, or a Micra rad and as far as I know the Micra rad has two main ports like the Golf,
so it would likley be very similar.
It will be very different if you are using the actual bike radiator though, as that has about 5 ports!

I have the R1 original rad thats why im a little bothered, tooooo many in/outlets.

It should be easy then, just get hold of the workshop manual or a Haynes and have a look at the original plumbing diagram

If the rad you're using has two main hose connection, you can copy my plumbing diagram, but if its got more then Im not sure.
