Rubber donut cush drive
Hi!
As i have a prop shaft without the torque resilient tube I wonder if anybody know where I can find a rubber "donut" that fits between the
sprocket adapter and the driveshaft flange?
Preferably not much bigger than the driveshaft flange.
Is there such a piece available?
I want to have some kind of cush drive to save the Quaife reverse box.

These were the ones I was thinking of as a friend has one on his Megablade, but I had the impression they no longer made them. Hopefully wrong though

Just spoken to my mate and he said they are made by Nova Racing so could probably get a supply from them anyway, but they were around £165 + VATwhen
he bought his about 4 years ago!

Here's a link to some pics of Ed's install, it seems that its not quite as simple
as a donut sandwiching in between the prop and prop flange, you need to get the prop modified to take the mating flange, and also you cant have a
front UJ so the prop angle needs to be pretty much dead straight.

I fit the ford item (about £45 from ford) in a 'book' tunnel using frod prop bits. Just have to do some engineering. . . .
Time will tell if it all hangs together.

Why not just get a modified prop with the TRT built in. Should only cost you about £125

Thanks for the info!
I´ll try to figure something out. If I cant find a solution, it seems to be cheaper to buy a TRT than a special purpose donut.
