Engine Mounts ZX9R
Does anybody know where i can get some drawings/ Diagram on how i should make the ZX9R engine cradle / Mounts for Locost built chassis .

was gonna add to sump Q, you are in the perfect place, Worksop, to get the sump modded, MK did PTM.s for him, but it would also be a good place to go
peek how bike engines can be mounted too....

Alternatively - just hand the engine in the engine bay, adjust for exhaust manifold clearance and prop aligment and make up some simple removeable
rail around it.
It's actually much easy than you think once you give it a go.

WAY HAY ! First question I can answer. Must however just agree with the previous answers. I chopped my own sump simply by following the advice on here
, and the engine is best mounted by setting it into the engine bay and onto a trolley jack etc to enable it to be moved around as required. When happy
with the position of the exhaust ports and the prop flange make up some cross members(25mm x 25mm box) as per the engine bay pics also available on
here and away you go.
ps Just dont ask me about exhausts!!!
