bec registration
I'm building a bec when its finished and sva'd can I get it registered with an age related plate to the donor sierra even though the
engine is obviously from a motorbike.

Yes you can. I think it still works on points.
When I did it, it was a manufactured chassis (MK in your case) and two major components from the donor.
I put down steering and axles.

Ed, yes you can. Provided you have or can get hold of the V5 for the donor vehicle. You could even get an age related plate based on the bikes age if
you have the V5 for the bike.

A good point there, keep the V5.
I would also cut out the chassis plates to make sure that they can't fill out an 'end of life' sheet for the donor.
I know someone who thought the car was scrapped and when he ended up registering his car they told him it was still on the road. He had to have a Q.
