Best gear change cable for bec?

I need a gear change cable that can take a fair bend. I have one from Venhill engineering but it seems a bit stiff to bend and theres quite a bit of friction too.

My question is are thay all like that or is there a better one on the market?

Mine from MNR takes quite a harsh bend and still pulls easily might be worth giving them a try.

Fair bend?

Mine turns about 12"diameter, but I would,nt like to kick it tighter than that.
Does depend on the thickness (obviously).

Cheers Adam, funny thing is I actually have an account with a marine suppliers and have found some of the best quality cables that will take a 8" bend for £15.00 +vat. Ive ordered a couple to see if they are any good. If no good then I'll try MNR
