It runs!

Well, as the title says, it runs! I managed to fire up the R1 5VY engine today which has really pleased me as I'm supposed to be competing in a fortnight! The change from 5JJ to 5VY has been complicted, with new loom, mounts, cooling, exhaust etc., and an upgrade to the ECU plus a move to CAN bus

It sounds a bit rough, although I have no silencer on so it was hard to tell! I haven't had a chance to set it all up properly and check things like fuel pressure etc..

So, back to the garage to get it sorted!

My temperature sensor isn't working for some reason! It's been fine since wiring it in - Emerald is now defaulting to 80 degree C.

I've also got the injection setup wrong I think - grouped not sequential. I'll check tomorrow.
