Will 'Busa with Power Commander but no PAIRS pass emissions?

Hi All,

Does anyone know if a Hayabusa engine with a Power Commander and catalytic converter but no PAIRS system will pass current SVA/MOT emissions tests? PAIRS is the system that blows air into the exhaust manifold at certain revs (presumably to burn off unburnt fuel, or dilute the exhaust gasses).

Clive.

If it is like the R1, it will pass with either it removed or not.
Your engine will be tested when hot so this system will be off anyway
