R1 Fuel Pipe Help.

Finally got the engine in and started "plumbing her in" but am unsure where some of the fuel pipes go. Reading the Haynes manual i have a feeling some may be rogue pipes which would have connected to the bike tank, but i am not sure. I have included links to 4 pictures. (for the record I also know that i cant use original airbox - its there so i can figure what goes where. Again any help would be much appreciated.

Pic 1 What do i do with these?

Pic 2 - Not sure what connects to this ?

Pic 3 - Not sure what these 2 connect to?

Pic 4 - NOt sure what these are for? Each one currently goes to the following:-

  1. Drains off
  2. Drains off (has a small black unit in-line - possibly a filter?
  3. into Bottom of Crankcase just above cooling pipe
  4. Drain
  5. T-junction with one way to drain and one way to a unit under the carbs

Sorry for the epic post and thanks in advance, Chris.

pic 2 don't worry about it
pic 3 the one on the carb is I believe a water feed to heat the carbs exits the carbs at pic 2 so just forget them.
Can't get my head round the others at the moment
tony
pic 4 item 3 if you feel down the pipe you should find it connects to the main water pump feed casting I've just got a bolt in mine and use it for bleeding any air out of pump
