Blade v ZX9R

Looking at changing my Stuart Taylor zx9r locosaki for a fully prepped RGB Stuart taylor locoblade. So i'm expecting the car to be virtually the same, but whats the difference between engines, is the blade going to feel quicker, the same or slower???

Its a zx9r E engine, and had it jetted and on the rollers at 146bhp. The blade engine is a 919 carb thats also been jetted

Honda engineering in a different league to kawasaki imo, it will go twice as far, twice as fast on half the parts. probably cost less doing it and be worth more at the end(ask any courier).
The fireblade engine rewrote the book in every respect and weighs less too i bet.
Sorry, always raced hondas foe good reason, not one mechanical failiure(bar 2 strokes obviously) in a 5 seasons straight run.
si

striker/blade now complete, thanks to all on this site.

Why?
Can't see that you're going to benefit much?...........

Actually, I suspect you'll find it will be a very different and much quicker car to drive round a race track If the car with the blade engine has been properly prepared for the 750 MC RGB class it might in fact be quite a revelation...

Its a cheaper way to get on the track, i.e. i don't have to prep my car up with all the safety kit, and my car has is a nice road car, its lightweight, but has stuff fitted i don't need on track, i.e. big westfield seats, full gauge set. rather than rip mine apart and spend money on it, i can sell it, get a track prepped car and also have some cash in my pocket. Another big bonus is that the race car is eligible for class C (blade engine only), which mine isn't due to the engine
