r1 plumbing........

........yet again.

Have done a search and cant find the answer so apologies if the this has been answered before.

I have most of my plumbing sorted but want to check a few things

what should I do with the small pipe at the top of the engine hiding below the throttle bodies - logically (I think) this should feed into one of the choke pipes with the other choke pipe being connected to the header tank pipe - if so which one is the inlet and which the outlet ?

thanks in advance for your help

Which year of R1?

On the injection engines it goes to the throttle thermo valve and from there to to small hose where the bottom rad hose goes back into the engine.
