help needed locating steering boss

I have fitted a paddle shift on my bec mk indy, I need a boss that is approx 100mm in length that will fit a sierra column to fit onto a momo sterring wheel,it need to be less than 40mm diameter where it passes through the paddle assembly, any one know where I can get one.

I'm using a quick release boss on my OMP wheel. It is about 40mm in diameter, but the paddle shift paddle centre actually sits a little further down the column. Quick relaese bosses usually require a splined shaft to be welded on the the end of the steering column though.
