Engine cuts when slowing down and throttle at idle

I had my Busa engine cut a few times today when slowing down for junctions ect. I have a wide band gauge on board and it shows it to be off the scale lean prior to quiting and on the times it does not quit it shows a Ok mixture. I'm not fully verse on the workings of a Power Commander but Ive tried playing around with the settings at the throttle positions and revs where it cuts (1100rpm) and above but it does not seem to help.

Any ideas anone?

Thanks
jason

no I do not have the busa lambda sensor, I took it off and fitted the plug that came the the power commander. was that the wrong thing to do? I hope not because the Suzuki lambda was was M12x1.25 and I tapped it M18 to fit the Innovate sensor.
