zx10 emmisions
i know i someone elses map probably wont be suitable due to different exhausts etc but can someone let me know rouchly how much you had to bring your
fueling down on a powercommander to get the emiisoions down enough, ive leaned it out loads and still no luck.

If you lean it too much the Co% may go down but the Hc ppm will almost certainly go up.

I had to go +20 on my R1.

On the power commander softwear. When you've got the map up on the laptop, you change the values in each field of the map; -ve for leaner and
+ve for richer. I had to go to +20 for all fields between 2500 and 3000 revs at 0 and 2% throttle to get mine to pass.
My point was more to say that mine had to go richer to pass not leaner.

try jambo on here. i sent him a base map for SVA which he may have tweeked to get it spot on for his test a week or two ago.

i was at about -20 and starting to worry abit will give yours a bash a see what i get.
looking at that im guessing you did your fast idle at 3k?

Fast idle test is 2500-3000 revs. The hardest bit with a BEC is keeping it steady at that.
