R1 Engine Earth

I've begun positioning my wiring around the car, and my battery is the opposite side of my R1 5PW engine from the original earthing point, which is next to the starter motor.

Is there anything wrong, in principal, with relocating the earth to the spare stud shown in yellow below? I'm sure it's fine, but given my level of electrical ignorance, I thought I'd check before I start chopping up cables!

As an aside, my oil pressure take off, highlighted orange, is really quite close to the chassis. Clearance is about 3mm. Is this likely to cause me trouble? The engine is mounted on rubber bushes, so I do think it'll move around a bit.

Cheers,
Jek

Should be ok on both counts.
Any substantial bolt for the earth
Do you mean rubber or poly mounts? Either way I doubt it should move that much even

Thanks, its on rubber metalistic bushes. I'll just keep an eye on the fitting during the first few miles, and if I can see any marks on the rail, I'll rethink the set up, maybe using a 90deg elbow for clearance.
