Float Heigths??

As you can tell i am having a major headache with the carbs on my BEC. After cleaning them out and reassembly them it seems that when the fuel pump is pumping fuel into the carbs it is going passed the fuel jets and is passing the needle at an alarming rate and into the venturi. The pump isn't cutting out as it should.
Can any one tell if the floats are at the correct heights from this picture please??

Sorry bloke, can't tell from the pics, have you set the float heights as per the manual? Also are you using a bike pump? if not , the pressure may be too high. Try filling the carbs using a small funnel down the main petrol pipe, see if they hold petrol ok under gravity, the engine will run for quite a while on a floatbowl full of fuel.
