Blade positioning
Just picked up 1993 Blade engine today and have simply plonked it in the engine bay of a Tiger Avon for initial positioning.
I would appreciate any imput on the following:
The oil filter sits neatly in the V of the chassis side, but future changing will be tricky unless a cover plate is put in the GRP side. Any other
suggestions?
The sproket shaft does not line up with the centre of the tunnel with the engine over to the nearside as far as it will go. Think it will be OK with a
centre bearing prop. Again any input would be useful
Thats about it so far, I heard the engine running in the bike before buying seems fine.
Anyone put one of these things in an avon yet?

You'll need some type of sliding joint in the front section of the prop like the one used in the front of a Reliant prop to take out the
movement caused by the angle of the engine unless the sprocket adaptor caters for this.
yours, Pete.

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.
